Help! does my poop have worms or just undigested noodles?

I've been eating instant noodles once every other day (I know it's bad for my health, but I had nothing to eat but now I won't eat any noodles lol) and I pooped today. It had little curved things that looked like undigested noodles, weren't threadlike, but I'm still scared! I'm too embarrassed to tell my parents and go to a doctor. If it is worms, please tell me what to do or eat before I go to the clinic.

I don't have a photo sadly.
