Help I’ve got this veiny rash on my left breast and it won’t go away.

i noticed about two days ago that there was a veiny rash so i tried putting lotion on it. the next night i felt very tired and weak. today i could only eat a little and i still feel extremely exhausted and tired. i don't like wasting doctors time so i don't want to turn something small into big my grandma has had breast cancer. also felt like i'm hot and my blue veins seem to be more dominant when i couldn't see them before its also only on my left side and i don't wear bras imageimageimage
