help interpreting blood work

hi guys have had fatigue and some brain fog so decided to have some bloods down. got my results back and abit confused. can someone please help interpret these. they said my thyroid antibodies were very high so maybe that has a link. results as follows.

Iron- 26.9 umol/L

TIBC - 58.5 umol/L

UIBC - 31.6 umol/L

transfer saturation - 46%

Ferritin - 133 ug/L

Folate serum - 4.84 ug/L

b12 active - <150 pmol/L

Vitamin D - 26 nmol/L

TSH - 3.52 mU/L

free t3 - 4.81 pmol/L

free thyroxine - 21.1 pmol

Thyroglobulin antibody - 1620 IU/ml

thyroid peroxide antibody- 296 IU/ml

any help is appreciated

    hi there. could you list what the lab ranges are? it is hard to understand results without knowing the lab ranges as they vary from different labs.
