i was on a taper dose of prednisone 40 mg down to 0 over 13 days 3 days after the last dose I developed all over internal vibrations, lethargy, loss of appetite, and twitching occasionally my thumb is now twitching too. will this go away over time? i took prednisone for inflammatory arthritis. do i need professional help or does this go away? do i need a neurologist?? im 37 and scared
