helpppp, hvp or something else?

i had a yeast infection a few months ago and since then ive noticed these bumps that are only at my vaginal opening. they only feel a temporary burning/stretching sensation when i have sex but the pain goes away right after penetration

    ive had the same thing (see the post on my profile) and it's been happening for years. I was eventually told it was eczema. the issue has not gone away, it is just something that I manage
