Hernia on iliostomy scar

Hi everyone I don't know whether anyone remembers me from before but I had a bowel resection ,an ileostomy bag for 3 months and then reversal , then appendix removal due to adhesions. I have a hernia at the end of my ileostomy scar and it's beginning to give me pain although it's very very tiny to look at but is painful at times. Does anyone have anything similar and can you give me some advice? My surgeon said quite a while ago that there was definitely one there and I will obviously be going to see him in a few weeks, but I just wondered has anybody else had this problem?
