hi everyone. i was told i was low on vitamin B12. i decided to start liquid sublingual BComplex. Within 4 days i broke out into hives and felt so sick with dizziness, nausea and faint feeling. I immediately stopped using it but a little over 2 weeks i still have hives and new ones appear as well. I have not been diagnosed with anything but have been suffering for years without answers. What is happening?
