Horribly unsettling crawling bubbling feeling under the skin

Hi, first time ive ever posted on anything like this, can anyone relate to this 'feeling' I have this constant, not painful but extremely unsettling weird feeling in my arms, shoulders legs and sometimes over areas.

Its like things are crawling around in there, and Like theres bubbles popping under my skin everywhere. Also get muscle twitches and flutters everywhere.

Nothing flares it up or brings it on, its just there 24/7.

Doesnt have good/bad days, not painful at all just there. Like breathing, its just a part of everyday life but its driving me insane mentally.

Im 40 and reasonably healthy, eat well, work out, not overweight, dont smoke. Hardest bit is its so hard to actually describe. Its as if my muscles are curling up, crawling around, bubbling, popping, vibrating, fluttering (best adjective words i can think of) anyone got anything ?????
