How did your Crohn's start?

20yo. male.

As somebody recently diagnosed with Crohns, I'd like to know how it started on other people.

Colonoscopy showed ileitis and caecum erosions, biopsy said that morphology in ileum is comparable with Crohns.

In my case it was due to water poisoning, after I drunk unusual water during a tour in mountains.

I immediately developed

[on 1st week] - ridiculous cramps

[first 1-3 weeks] - constant green or brown diarrhoeas for next 2-3weeks,

[1-10 months] - stool colour change to yellow when I was not having a diarrhoea

[1-10 months] - pain before defecation

[1-10 months] - random penile foreskin sores

[2-10 months] - random diarrhoeas/constipations for like 10months, then I finally decided to see a doctor.
