How I got rid of rUTi

Hi! Thanks for this amazing website. I have suffered from rUTIs for more than 10 years. Always caused by sex. I was so desperate that I tried to stay abstinent and it was always a stressor for my relationship. Now I have understood that there is a way for me to have sex without getting a UTI. I had tried d-mannose, vaccines, all forms of cranberry and probiotics. Nothing worked. Now I just avoid certain positions when having sex, specifically missionary and girl on top. Everything else seems to be fine as mong as there is no friction aroind the urinary tract. I feel so relieved that I found one thing that worked that I wanted to share with you. Hope someone benefits from it 😃 good luck!
