How long before you recovered from acute pancreas?

I read on various pages that acute Pancreatitis usually recovers after 3-5 days. Sometimes after 7 days... is this correct for those of you who had the experience?

How many days did it take until you were 100% symptom free? I had heavy labor for 3 days but it's been 3-4 weeks now and I still feel that my stomach feels bloated.. and a little feeling when I eat food. And sometimes a little backache.

Mild symptoms but they are there. Is it normal? or should you be completely symptom-free after 7 days?

I would really appreciate it if you could tell me about your experience. How long until 100% symptom free.

I ask because I am worried about chronic Pancreatitis.
