How long until propranolol withdrawal symptoms go away

ive been on 120 mg of propranolol for almost 4 years for migraines and recently stopped and i have been having terrible anxiety and a racing heart along with nausea, dizziness, shaking, and just recently, bad chest pains. I have never had bad anxiety or chest pains or problems with my heart and I have been dealing with these symptoms for over a month now and it has not been getting any better. I start school again in about two weeks and i am curious how long it will take for me to get better because it will be extremely hard for me to continue school with these symptoms.
