How to grow back eyelashes?

I've had blepharitis for a few months, experiencing gaps in eyelashes, i do have new eyelashes growing i'm but worried that they'll eventually stop growing back. My optician didn't say my eyelashes look sparse but as I said i want to prevent them from becoming very thin.

I use a warm compress mask and have been using a tea tree oil lid gel which makes my eyes feel better as eye dryness has reduced dramatically but I still have crustiness on the lashes- i've been doing the same routine for 3 weeks now.

not willing to use wet ones as i have sensitive skin so my eyes would react.

any recommendations for specific products would be appreciated.
