How to reduce TSH level without medication?

The TSH level changes in the range from 5 to 8 while T3, T4 is always normal. Sometimes the lab test show TSH about 5; sometimes the lab test shows TSH a little high than 7. When TSH level increases, one feels tired. The change of TSH level seems related to the activity, more activity resulting TSH level dropping; less activity doing TSH level increasing but never exceeding 8. Does anyone know how to effectively reduce the TSH level without medication? Thank you for your answer.
