hyperprolacinemia pregnancy

**hello,

i have been diagnosed with hyperprolacinemia and havent had a menstrual cycle in around 2 years. Is it possible to fall pregant without medication? i havent been feeling my usual swlf and taken pregancy test for this ro be positive,but beleive this is because the prolactin levels are high?

any advice welcome, Bromacriptimine makes me very iml but endo told me to just get on with it! not easy when you have a full time job in the city!!
