I am suffering from gastritis for 4 years

Hi I am suffering from gastritis for about 20 yrs. I had surgery for my gastritis and bile stone. I was ok for about 14 years but suffering again for the last 4 years. my syptoms include heart burn, pressure, knee pain, back pain, vomiting, nausea, weakness...

I have tried PPIs for years but no progress. I lose significant weight. When I was on PPIs my stomach secrets yellowish fluid looks like bile. this irritates my gastritis and makes the pain more severe. I lose hope and makes my life terrible. I can't sleep well because of the pain. any advice?
