Hello everyone,
I noticed thes bumps on my penis two weeks ago. the bump has a sort of white colour at it head. Is this a HPV wart? i used vinegar it didn't change its colour. Can anyone tell me what is it?

I do not think these are warts, i think these spots are risen from ingrown hairs on your area. They should go away over time by themselves.
