I feel tired all the time without making any effort.

Hello, I feel tired all the time. Sometimes I wakeup from sleep (8hours of good sleep) extremly tired. I lose energy very quickly even if I feel energized for a few minutes. I can't even sit or stand up, I prefer laying down all the time. And whenever I am doing any sort of activity or I sit for a long time my shoulders or/and back hurt and I need to lay down so that I can ease it up.

I was sick since I was a baby and I guess it grown up with me to the point it became a mental issue. Because the doctors always say that I don't have anything chronical; my blood pressure is a low naturally (hypotension) and lack in vitamin D (I don't take it) and in calcium (I don't actually take any source of calcium since I was a baby), and I had anemia. the problem is whenever I am taking any pills or treatment, my stomach is killing me. And I don't feel any big change so I drop out after a while. Now I can't stand the situation anymore and I have to find a solution for this. I am a 25yo now and I will have more responsibilities very soon.

Lack of vitamins you mentioned and low blood pressure could contribute to this, but it would be worth checking iron levels too.

Tell doctors about your stomach sensitivity as well.

Fingers crossed you start feeling better soon!
