I have 15 fibroadenomas in both breasts and I’m only 20, what could this mean?

I am 20 years old and I currently have 15 total fibroadenoma tumors in my breasts. I am currently getting checkups with ultrasounds every 6 months, however, I am concerned because having 15 tumors is quite abnormal from what I have read. The tumors tend to fluctuate in size and from my last checkup they are slightly larger. Can anyone give me advice or a possible explanation as to why or how I have so many.

It may be genetic...have you asked your Mum about any family history? Mum or Dads side?Or it could be related to your hormone levels.
