I have a bump on my scalp, could this be melanoma?

I first noticed this bump on my scalp about 2 years ago and figured it was a bug bite or something of that nature. It never went away but I didn't think much of it because without seeing it it felt very small to the touch. Yesterday my mother noticed another non-raised spot on my scalp so I showed her this one. She has a history of previous melanoma so I am wondering if I should be worried about either of these spots. image
