Hi,

My name is Shubham. Let me tell you about an incident that happened with me around 2.5 years back in 2019. I was perfectly healthy. I was coming back home from my college. I was at the station and I couldn't find a cab so I decided to go via bike. However I had lots of luggage. I called in Ola bike and I sat behind. I had two very heavy quilts in both my arms and I was constantly holding them till the time I reached home. I also had a bag which was on my shoulders. After that day, both my arms started paining very badly. I took some painkillers but they only gave temporary relief. However after few months my left hand recovered (I am right-handed). But my right hand did not recover. I waited in hope that my right hand would also recover. However, it did not. Finally in 2021 I consulted an orthopaedic doctor. He prescribed me medicines for 3 months but no relief. After that I went to a shoulder specialist, he did 4-5 X-rays but all came out fine. After that I went to a neurologist and he suggested a nerve test (can't remember the name) and an MRI of the cervical spine. They also came out good and the problem couldn't be diagnosed. After that I also went for physiotherapy (IFT for left arm) but no relief. I still have a lot of irritation in the tricep of my right arm. It is not a normal muscle pain which we usually get, it is some peculiar irritation which I have and I can clearly feel a difference between my left and right arm. Please suggest how to diagnose this. Should I go for an arm MRI? If yes then is there any specific type of arm MRI which I should go for? Should I also go for a shoulder MRI? What can be the possible areas that could be affected?
