I have confirmed endo but could this be endo related?...

Does anyone else get random pelvic pain without any kind of pattern? I randomly get pains in various places of my pelvis from underneath my ribs (stitch like pain) right down to the hip area and there seems to be no pattern regarding the place, when it occurs etc. I have had endo which was mainly found on my ligaments in muscles in my pelvis so I dont know if it's just random flare ups of inflammation in various places. I'd be interested to know though because so many posts I see are contained to specific areas or they flare up at certain times if the month but that's not what I get. TIA. x
