I have intracranial hypertension and have a VP shunt, which is useless. Wheres the best hospital?

This VP shunt is useless been in and out of hospital quite a lot (came out yesterday after another stay)

Currently I'm under the Royal London but I'm not happy with my care. Where is the best hospital to go to as I have reached the end of my rope!

All they do is change the setting number and thats it, all because it looks OK in the scan they don't do much. And already my head isn't good! Look forward to hearing from you
