I have no idea what’s going on

hi! i had this painless patch of skin on the inside or my labia minora for about 2 months (that ive noticed). ive been the the gyno twice with it and i ask if everything looks OK, she says yes. i was treated for ureaplasma last month and right after treating and curing it, the patch has started to hurt on and off and also alternate between fading a bit and then going bright red and then fade a bit again. the change between the two can happen in a day . (i had constant burning on the other side of my vaginal opening for months which is 90% gone after treating ureaplasma). im at a complete loss of what's going on.

    this was all within 24 hours and the discomfort started after the 4th consecutive day using prebiotic suppositories .. ill also mention that its been 2 days later and my discharge is grainy
