I have red bumps on my nose and my nose especially nearer why nostrils are dry and flakey I’m using the calamin range at the minute as anybody got any better solutions than this thanks

    I use a mix of Sebamed soap and Cetaphil moisturizer. I know your not supposed to mix products but this works best for me. Both products have a wide rangeand are not too pricey. Hope this helps.
