I'm depressed because of this. Please help me.

I have been suffering from postnasal drip for two years or so. It started some time after my dad died, and the problems at home started. It is accompanied by symptoms such as bad breath, sneezing, itchy palate, and runny nose. The last three stopped when my ENT gave me a nasal spray and a pill. He told me to take them for 30 days, together, and it's only been 4. I feel like it's gotten worse, or I don't know.

Does it have a cure? I need it to go. I want to live a normal life, go out with the person I like... I can't do anything. I don't want to live like this. If I didn't have this I would be so happy.
