I'm having major issues sleeping

as of current, my sleep schedule is totally off. During night hours I don't feel tired at all, due to my mental health issues. So instead of sleeping during the night when I should be, I sleep far into daylight hours, and it's becoming a major issue when I have things to do during the day. I have no idea what to do, I'd talk to a therapist if I could, but I can't. I also have no one in my life to turn to, I've tried to talk about my issues but somehow everything gets spun around and I'm left to fend for myself.
