I pooped small blood clots and grey mucus, am nauseous a lot, bloated and have discomfort when I eat

I'm full after I eat small amounts and I just don't feel good. Been about a month. Diagnosed with IBS, gastritis, and GERD but my IBS medicine for cramps isn't working and pantropazole is useless. I feel nauseous and have abdominal cramps after I eat.

I had a regular bowl movement but the poop had bright red blood and I found small blood clots and grey mucus later on so I kept bleeding even after my shower.

What could this be? I had a colonoscopy/endo 6 months ago, as well as an ultrasound and blood work. Was diagnosed with hemorrhoids which were banded and are gone. Am at a loss.

I also don't really have an appetite and sometimes food sounds disgusting to me.
