I take, sertraline venlafaxine pregablin and propranolol. Will this help my depression and anxiety

i lost my precious husband just over a year ago , i went into a deep depression and overwhelming anxiety . cant seem to cope with life withour him . im totally heartbroken and cant see the point of life without him as ive been with him since i was 15 yrs 54yrs

the Drs have been amazing with me and the medication named above is what ive built up to over the time , is this the best treatment , one major downside is weight gain, which is very upsetting .
