I've been depressed for nearly 1 week for what i think is HSV infection

I have tiny dots like lesion constantly present over my genitals and lips. From what i remember i got infected at very early age and i can recollect having cold sores from very early age now that i understand it is herpes(although i never got it checked) i want to know how can i get genital herpes when i had hot sexual contact with anyone yet.

I am very soon to get married and very depressed about my illness what to do plz guide me.

      I never heard of someone getting HSV 2 without sexual contact go see an std specialist and get igG type specific test

    If you have not had any form of sexual contact and you had oral herpes a long time ago, then what is on your genitals is unlikely to be herpes.

      You should get it checked out by a doctor.
