I've been having really bad back spasms I was on life support for 3 months

i was wondering if any One could help me i was put on baclofen by my gp i spent 3 months in icu on life support i had to learn to walk and talk again the back spasms im experiencing are excruciating it has been put down to that id lost do much weight snd my muscles have taken a bug effect due to my body being paralyzed for so long....my GP has taken me off baclofen is there anything I can buy iver the counter that would help me.
