I’ve been to a clinic that reuses urine cup. Can I get an std from that?

I had an abortion done recently and went back for the follow up check up. to my horror, i discovered that they reuse the plastic urine cups. When I peed in it, the rim accidentally touched my vulva. Is it possible to contract and std/sti from that? they assured me that they sterilised the urine cups but I am grossed out. help please. 😦

    Sounds odd. They are usually single use throwaway containers. I wonder how old they are and how do they sterilise them? I would think the risk of catching an STI is extremely remote.
