I've gone off lots of foods, any idea what it could be?

This is probably a long shot but thought I'd look at the advice given on here. Recently I've gone off so many foods, everything tastes horrible and I seem to be disliking foods that I would normally love/eat most days. Peas, soup, chicken, cereals, meats, fruit squash/drinks etc. These are things I'm discovering day by day. The only thing I've really wanted to eat is toast and even that seems to be tasting different.

Also having ridiculously strong headaches that make me feel nauseous and I'm so so tired all the time.

I'm a 20 year old female, besides some gynaecological issues I'm healthy. Any suggestions please? Thank you.

Have you been tested for covid19? changes to taste and smell is one of the main symptoms. I would isolate if I was you and contact your health service for a test.

I've seen anecdotal evidence from several people who tested positive for covid who had the same symptoms as you!

Digestive system and taste buds. You could be developing allergy issues but i could be wrong. I suggest you see your doctor.
