I've had constipation for 12 weeks and I'm really worried

Hello. For around 12 Weeks (Since Around April 2020) I've had constipation. I started not been able to do a bowel movement, but after laxatives I can do a bowel movement, but it's still very hard. I didn't know where else to put this but along with the constipation I also have had this constant gurgling sound in my stomach, my side, around my chest, and also my throat. It mostly happens when I drink or eat I think. But I'm not fully sure. There's also been blood in the toilet around 4 times some without poo and some with. I am really worried. I'm 18 years old male. Thanks!

    I think you should call your doctor and tell them. Hopefully they can help.

    I am here also looking for answers about constipation. Ive been constipated for 4 days now. It is unusual for me.
