I've had these bumps on my back for months that spread to my chest,neck and all over my body

imageAt first I thought I thought this was back acne but after months these bumps spread all over my body like my neck,chest on my hair follicles.It appears as small bumps first then takes weeks to grow big.When it grows big it become painful and itchy.When it burts it sometimes bleed.I've had enough of this and as far as I know its molluscum but I do want to hear what you guys think this is and what should I use to get rid of it.imageimage
