so had to drink 1½ litres of water maximum. but my urine is dark yellow now. i had a further blood test but havent received result 2 weeks later. still waiting for doctor to phone me. im been advised to use table salt on my food which i havent done for 20 years. my sodium was 125. cheers Kevin......
