Idiopathic intracranial hypertension pain and lower back disc pain link?

I am diagnosed with idiopathic intracranial hypertension and also have a previous injury in the discs in my lower back which I have recently unfortunately set off again, since doing this I have started to get an increase in my symptoms again, I am just wondering if anyone has any idea if this is just coincidence or if it linked.

    This is exactly what i have right now and every back scans that i have are almost normal, except steroids the usual pain killers are not working.

    My legs also really hurt

    I searched all over the internet for someone who has this, how did it evolve for you in 3 weeks?
