IGg4-RD symptoms & effected organs

So i'm 24 & was diagnosed with both IGg-4RD & GPA disease in 2019

My main effected area in regards to the IGg-4 is my heart as i get autoimmune Myocarditis & Pericarditis and mimics heart attack symptoms. With the igg-4 I have also had autoimmune pancreatitis on one occasion (where this all began) & I also get inflammation to my nose causing me to get severe nasal polyps that i have removed twice a year due to the IGg-4 and have had biopsy's confirming this.

Recently I have been experiencing lower urinary track symptoms, that seem to mimic a UTI pain when passing urine, lower abdomen discomfort, blood in urine. But these symptoms last between 1 hour -6 hours. ( as per any other time i relapse) I've done urine samples, showing an infection but once the pain has subsided all symptoms go & my samples are as if noting was ever wrong. Without needing antibiotics. These symptoms come on within an hour/30min without any warning sign of feeling unwell.

My specialist is stumped, but he's rarely come across people where it effects multiple organs like myself & is awaiting a response from a second specialist in oxford.

I've tried to do some research but i find it very hard in regards to this disease as it seems to only effect certain more 'common' organs, i am aware that it can cause inflammation to all organs but was wondering if anybody had experienced something similar or has had a patient with the UTI symptoms that has been linked to the IGg-4.
