In so much pain and stuck to the toilet 24/7..

Hi

I have been having abdominal pain and discomfort for the past 2 years maybe more now and it has ruined my life to the point where I am stuck at home nearly all the time, I am unable to do anything as I need to be near the toilet. I wake up with severe pain across my lower back and stomach which last all day long and is now moving to my upper back too, I get pain after eating followed by a rush to the toilet, Some days i can go to the toilet 4/5 times a day. I have been to the Dr's maybe 5 or 6 times now and keep getting told its IBS but it really isnt.. The pain is very low down in my gut and when I press on it I get an insanely sharp paint that shoots up to my chest almost taking my breathe away. I have never had issues until these past 2 years and it really feels like the Dr's are ignoring me, I'm not sure what this is maybe a worm in my toilet? My poop always floats and is really gassy too, please see image attached. I'm really not sure what to do anymore this is ruining my life and making me near suicidal.. If anyone has any ideas on what I can do next I am ready to go with private healthcare at this point. Hope someone can help. Thank you
