Interleukins in constipation

Hi

Up to now stuck on which Interleukins are causing my constipation , Is it number 6 or any of the other Interleukins , or just the Statin i am taking , plus Amlodipine blood pressure meds, Or just the digestive enzyme's in my mouth not working as i am getting older 75 , Lipase seems a good candidate up to now , but now just found about the pancreas and insulin , problems problems , but how to overcome all this thats the next problem,

Is there something a bit bitter i could chew that produces digestive enzymes in my mouth ?
