intermittent fasting anomaly

Posted , 1 user is following.

I went through a long period of intermittent fasting, for at least a year or so during the various lockdowns . I would begin fasting at about 8pm until about 1pm the following day. I would therefore eat quite normally from 1pm until dinner time of say 7.30pm . I followed this regime religiously. At the beginning I lost weight, about a kilo in the first week. After that no loss at all; and in fact no real variation in weight was noticeable when weighing myself each morning. What might have happened?
