Interstitial cystitis or endometriosis

ive been having problems for 10 months with what i thought was my bladder ive had an ultrasound which was all normal, ive seen a urologist where i had a cystoscopy she thought it was just a little bit of cystitis which she prescribed me a 3 month course of antibiotics which did nothing for me, waiting for a follow up. sometimes i cant tell if the pain is in my bladder or ovaries, and i also have pains really nasty ones behind my belly button which i know can be associated with endometriosis, i know i should contact my doctors again but i feel like a nuisance as ive contacted them so many times in the past year. i feel like im all on my own

Have you been diagnosed as having endometriosis? I have had part of my bladder removed due to having endometriosis inside it which caused me a lot of pain and symptoms similar to that of a constant urine infection. Its worth speaking to someone about this possibility?
