Is granulomas in my lungs sarcoidosis?

It all started when I was living in a house with mold issues about 10 years ago. I was coughing everyday and night for over a year till I went to the Dr. I was given an inhaler for wheezing and thats it. Come to find out I am allergic to Aspergillas. After getting CT scan they confirmed that I had histoplasmosis before and I have calcified nodules now. Long story short, I still have them and I still have trouble with my lungs getting infected and mucas in them. Usually get pneumonia every other year also. I have swelling and edema in my ankles, my ears itch constantly, I have allergies and asthma, heart murmur and palpitations, irregular heartbeat, constant fatigue and achy joints( feel like the tin man). So is all of this common for Sarcoidosis? No Dr has given me an answer.
