is it possible for married couple to have h Pylori at same time?

Wife was sick with covid-19 around 4th of July. She received a infusion. I was vaccinated and took care of her at home and as to my knowledge never caught it. About a month ago we both came down with same symptoms. Bloating, gas, fullness under ribs and change of bowel habits. i had started Metoprolol about the time she had covid and have had some bad side effects and have switch medications so i thought my digestive issues were from medication and lack of sleep it was causing. But just think its weird that we are experiencing a lot of same symptoms .

    I do not believe that sexual relations will cause a couple to be infected with digestive infections. Its totally possible to get STDs and STIs though.
