Is it possible to have a flare up whilst on steroids?

Hello everyone!

I'm very new here and I'm still technically awaiting a diagnosis however the doctors and consultants I have seen have said they're sure its Crohns. I have every symptom during a flare up except blood when I go to the loo and weight loss. My question is, I'm currently on week 3 of a very high dose of steroids to help with my last flare up, which was about a month ago and now (today) i have woken up with ulcers in my mouth, back, knee and hip pain, and increased toilet usage. Could i be having another flare up even whilst on the steroids?
