Is SGB(Stellate Ganglion Block) preferred for PTSD person in my family?

I have a family member who has been through constant domestic violence and abuse a few years ago. She was suffering alone and did not share this to anyone until a few months back when she started getting anxiety and panic attacks and we referred her to a friend of mine who is psychiatrist and she mentioned SGB might help the patient to relieve her of the pain she is going through. i have seen various blogs online where people have said horrible things on SGB while it has been effective for a few. Anyone here who has had experience on SGB as a patient or a had knowledge on the diagnosis and results? Seeking advice!

    if this is trauma EMDR iz really useful, it can help to deal with deep trauma.
