Is that oral thrush on the back of my tongue?

    Yes just a tiny patch, I would see a pharmacist to tell you what is best.

    Your tongue looks more or less normal, I assume you see your dentist every 6 -  12 months for a check up. Everyone needs to do this whether they are healthy or not. If you get thrush regularly you do need to see your GP. I realise that thrush medication can now be obtained over the counter but this should not be a reason for not seeing your GP if it happens regularly. This is most important if you feel run down, very fatigued and have unrefreshing sleep.
