Is this herpes i could cry

ive been sleeping with this guy for a while and we almost always use a condom except for a few times we had unprotected sex in the 31st of jan and like a day later i was itching near my labia minora ( upper lips) and this bump grew and i was looking at pics online but they dont look the others. I sit down fine and it dosent hurt to pee and my groin doesnt hurt. i always have him oral and kissed him so wouldnt it be in my mouth too if it was herpes ??imageimage

i went to express care and the doctor there said this dosent look like herpes
