Is this Pityriasis Rosea?

Posted , 1 user is following.

It started with what i believe to be a herald patch on my pelvic brim about a month ago. The smaller patches have been spreading for the last couple of weeks. Its mildly itchy and the patches become dry and flaky after a few days. It has not responded to antifungal, hydrocortisone, or antibacterial creams. Oral benadryl helps the patches appear smaller and less red the next day, but they return to normal size and color once the benadryl is discontinued.
