is this the start or pleurisy?

hey everyone, im 20 years old and have suffered with pleurisy before but i woke up this morning with a dull ache where my right lung is and throughout the day it has just got worse. It aches when i breathe deeply, to lay down and move around a lot but i dont have any sharp pains it is just a bad dull ache which feels like someone is pushing on my lung or like i've been kicked by a horse the day before. i don't have any other symptoms such as a cough or fever i just feel very tired with little appetite and i felt very neasueous this morning. has anyone else suffered with this or knows what it could be? should i contact a doctor? thank you!

Could be a pneumothorax - leak in the lung causing air to escape into the chest cavity. You need to get a chest X-ray done right away. Let me know how it turns out.

    Good luck

Thank you for replying. I woke up today and the pain isn't quite as bad but it does still ache when i take deep breaths, do you think i should still see a doctor or is it something that isnt to worry about?

    Hi georgia

Anything like that, either see your doctor or go to A&E, do this immediately.

    Best wishes and good luck
